#Warcraft 3 reforged gameplay free
Fast forward to now, Starcraft 2 is free to play for multiplayer, with the campaigns as extra paid content, and no one is even complaining about SC2 now. I'm one of the people who actually played the original game, I still have the Battle Chest box, with both games and the walkthrough guide lying somewhere in my parent's home.Īlso, I remember back when Starcraft 2 were announced to be split into three parts for campaign and expansion, people were MAD!! They found so many reason to hate, like saying the 200 unit cap will lag since Starcraft 2 is in 3D, and the three parts of the campaign is episodic content and a money grab for Blizzard. The original game is still out there, they can play it and make improvements for Reforged based on the original. Maybe the game indeed needs more work, but that can be done with some patches and fixes, I'm sure the developers who made this are probably not the original devs, but they are learning. That is actually an improvement for this particular cutscene, but people then complains about how Mal'Ganis gets "abducted" and the animation is underwhelming, like are you serious? Yea sure, I would improve the death animation for Mal'Ganis in Reforged, like he kneels down in pain after getting ferociously stabbed in the gut, then dissolves into bats and fade away, but other than that, I don't get why people are complaining. In the original, Arthas slashed upward with Frostmourne and Mal'Ganis flies upward and turned into bats (death animation), in Reforged, Arthas ferociously stabbed Mal'Ganis in the gut and twisted the sword, which looks a lot more gruesome than the original. Yea sure, the in-game rendered campaign cutscenes lacks some animation details compared to the original, but at the same time, they tried to add more of that cinematic feel to some of the other cutscenes. The game is supposed to be a remaster, not a remake, which means exactly the same gameplay, but with better models and textures. #Warcraft3Reforged #Warcraft III: Reforged It was released on January 28th at 3PM PT, 2020.
